AJ Ellison showed a passion for fitness early in life as he made a name for himself as a formidable middle distance runner during his high school years becoming a champion in several events. He since has taken full advantage of his sporting beginnings training in martial arts, becoming a well-renowned fitness model in the WBFF and IFBB, building a prominent training business, and continuing to grow his gym - Iron Empire. AJ is also a dedicated father and husband that alongside his wife, Nicci, works to improve the lives of others through fitness.
