"I originally found out about EHPlabs through my fiancé she wanted us to start our weight loss journey as 1. I started out at 260 lbs suffered from crohn's disease and was a habitual cigarette smoker. With all the other feelings of being out of shape and tired after walking 5ft I knew I had to change. So I googled OxyShred results and after a two month search I finally found someone who posted their results via YouTube 💪🏾. So with those results I was convinced that it would help me in my journey. At the time I didn't think to actually document my journey but I should have. Ever since then it has been my goal to become an EHPlabs athlete. I started my journey in late 2013 and shredded down to 120 lbs I'm proud to say I am now 153 lbs lean muscle and 10% body fat. I want to thank you guys for the awesome products that I know works!
